Chair YogaFitnessChair yoga is a gentle practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Yoga can help manage arthritis and osteoporosis while strengthening your immune system. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility and strength, or who are healing from injuries. WaitlistWatercolor Foundation: An Indepth IntroductionArtThis in depth course will take you from total beginner to feeling comfortable enough around the medium to create your own original pieces. Through exercises, demonstrations, and feedback sessions, you will be immersed in watercolor painting ideas that will help you develop your own painting approach. We will cover a range of topics from knowing your materials, to how to make washes and control the water on the page, to layering and glazing, negative space and masking to tone, color and composition.
