If you love to dance and you have missed being in ballet class, this class is for you! Ballet is excellent physical training, can improve cardio health, and counter the collapse that can happen with aging. Moving creatively to music while developing balance and grace is fun in a class that is supportive and welcoming. Some ballet background is helpful, and all ages are welcome.
