Hopkins Community Education

This program is designed for adults who are comfortable in the water and have already mastered all the skills of Swimming ABC’s. Participants will be put into small group of 2-4 and will work with an instructor to refine skills including streamline push off, front crawl (“freestyle”) and backstroke.
