Circuit Boxing with Coach Dre
Get ready for a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping boxing workout that will push your limits. Coach Dre will guide you through authentic boxing drills and fitness circuits that help build strength, endurance, and confidence.
Whether you are a beginner, experienced, or just love the energy of boxing this class is for you!
Important Details
Students must wear athletic clothing. All boxing and workout equipment is provided gloves and punching pads are used with the instructor.
