Pickleball Intermediate Drill & Play

Adult / Pickleball -
Adult Fall 2025

This 5-class series is perfect for players who admittedly are getting really into it. Half of each class will include intermediate drills and strategy and the other half will include live coaching during in-course matches.

Participants in this class should have a solid understanding of rules and scoring and at least a year of pickleball playing experience.

You will explore:

  • Quick rallies
  • Lob shots and lob defense
  • Punch volleys and block volleys
  • Drop shots to specific zones of the court
  • Court awareness
  • Playing to your opponent's weaknesses
  • and more!

David Ostlund

Dave began playing pickleball in 2020 as a way to get out and be active with his wife Megan and their three children during Covid. The addiction set in and he has been an almost-daily player ever since. Dave received his PPR coaching certificate in 2022. He is excited to bring his passion and knowledge of Pickleball to Hopkins Community Ed and help others fall in love with the game as well.
