Adult Winter/Spring 2025

Make an investment in your health. Using a mix of cardio and strength training, you will gain bone density, balance, body strength and promote mental well-being. Feel improvement by your fourth class!  Participants will gain knowledge on strength training, how to use fitness equipment and what works for each individual participant. Walk away with a individualized fitness plan.
