It’s Never Too Late to Improve Your Body and Your Life! Gain Without Pain

If you have had a joint replacement, or have a disability, if you walk with a cane, are a Senior, are overweight, a Couch Potato, or for any other reason, hesitate to exercise, this class is for you. Gain strength, balance, stamina, and body awareness in a fun, non-judgmental environment. Not aerobic nor fast-faced, no floor work. You will learn effective breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle flowing and stretching movements, as well as some simple self-acupressure. Most movements can be done sitting or standing. Wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.

Balanced Life Tai Chi - Christine T. Morgan


Christine has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for over 20 years. She has certified in the Chen Synthetic style in the past, and now teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students). She is also a member of the Qigong Institute.
