Building for the Birds a woodworking camp where students take recycled fence boards, trace and measure out a bird-feeder-house kit onto the boards with a template(all cutting and prep of kits will happen at Elpis Enterprises shop in Saint Paul). Students will also get a backyard bird lesson at the beginning of the week. Each day, student will build and paint a bird feeder and/or bird house out of recycled cedar fence boards. Students will build a minimum of 5(possibly more based on time) different bird feeders or bird houses over the course of the week.
