This 1 week camp will teach you basic bike set up, trailside repair, shifting adjustments, brake adjustments, learn how to re-cable a bike for shifting and brakes, tube replacement, tips & tricks, and preparing a bike for selling, Students are free to bring a different bike to each class. Many of your bike issues can be solved in this class! Parts are an extra fee if it is something more major or we will help you source new parts if needed.
Please bring a bike to class. If you do not have a bike, contact Community Ed at 952-988-4070.
Erik's passion for teaching started when he opened a youth bike program east of St. Paul in the late 90’s. This youth bike program is still active today by helping kids earn bikes while learning how to repair.
Erik has over 20 years in education and 4 years of year-round bike repair classes in over 10 suburbs in the metro. Bjorn Cycling is fast becoming a part of your neighborhood!
