Hopkins Public Schools - Conferences and Events is thrilled to announce our inaugural conference dedicated to advancing youth development through recreational and sports programming on Wednesday June 24th, 2026 at Hopkins High School. This event will bring together leaders, practitioners, and advocates who are passionate about creating meaningful, inclusive, and impactful experiences for young people. Sessions will explore best practices, innovative programming, equity and inclusion, leadership development, mental and physical wellness, or strategies that inspire lifelong participation in recreation and sport.

We are seeking interested vendors to table this event. 

1. Tier 1 - Marketing stand at the conference $300
2. Tier 2 - Vendor table (includes 2 representatives to attend the conference + lunch) and marketing displayed on programs $400
3. Tier 3 -  Vendor table, marketing displayed in programs, and social media post $500
