Nidhi will offer the following options on a rotation and/or according to group consensus while seeking to tailor the session to the group present for the session.
Yoga practices inherently includes modifications offered during instruction to meet almost all mobility needs.
• Meditation & RealigningA grounding session focused on breath awareness, gentle seated movement, and resetting the mind-body connection. Great for stress relief and mental clarity.
• Restorative Yoga (with Props)A slow, deeply relaxing practice using props for support. Poses are held longer to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support recovery.
• Gentle VinyasaLight, accessible flow-style movement linking breath with motion. Ideal for waking up the body, improving circulation, and inviting gentle energy.
• Yin Yoga – Deep StretchingTargeted, long-held floor stretches that work into connective tissues to improve mobility and joint health. A quiet, meditative style.
• Breathing Techniques (Pranayama Focus)Guided breath work to improve focus, relaxation, lung capacity, and overall emotional balance. Learning different styles of Breathing techniques & their impact on nervous system.
