Elementary Enrichment is for school age children in grades K- 5 in the evening and weekend hours. To provide opportunities where discovery, play, connections, and activities can happen year round.
High School Enrichment delivers high quality learning and enrichment opportunities where students can challenge themselves, gain confidence, and build skills that last a lifetime.

Cook to impress… or simplify your workday dinners by bringing to your home kitchen the 2-step pan-searing techniques that your favorite restaurants use to cook your favorite meat, poultry, or fish entrées “just right”. Bring an apron as we prepare and sample:
$15 Supply fee per student to be paid to the instructor at start of class. Please bring exact change.
Chef Tom Skold is a knowledgeable, dynamic instructor, who utilizes his lifelong culinary education and experience to engage students of all levels; he is dedicated to teaching his craft hands-on, in small teams.
During his career Chef Tom’s lively culinary curiosity has yielded a variety of leadership roles in fine-dining venues; The Harbor View Café (Pepin, WI), D’Amico Cucina, The New French Café, Leeann Chin Chinese Cuisine, as well as casual scratch operations like Cossetta’s and Pam Sherman’s.
Living in Greater Minnesota and teaching CE classes in Wabasha, Red Wing, Winona, and Rochester, Tom also enjoyed occasional teaching forays to Cooks of Crocus Hill, Byerly’s Kitchen, the Chef’s Gallery (Stillwater), and Chez Jude (Grand Marais). Now back in the metro, he is currently supervising on the production side at the Minneapolis Public Schools Nutrition Center. In all he does, Skold is committed to making guests feel nourished and welcome.
