Elementary Enrichment is for school age children in grades K- 5 in the evening and weekend hours. To provide opportunities where discovery, play, connections, and activities can happen year round.
High School Enrichment delivers high quality learning and enrichment opportunities where students can challenge themselves, gain confidence, and build skills that last a lifetime.

Food on a stick isn’t just for the Fair! Join Kirsten live online to move beyond the basic Caprese Skewers into a world of color, flavor, and possibilities. Kirsten will share the 3 Rules of Skewering and demonstrate multiple methods to pleasingly present your offerings. From vegan to omnivore there are recipes for everyone. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience.
A recent transplant to Minnesota, Kirsten Madaus has been eating with local intention and sharing how to make the most of the farm share via her website Farm Fresh Feasts. In addition to sharing her love of Instant Pot and air fryer cooking with folks in person and online, Kirsten spends her days creating beautiful food and helping fight food insecurity with Minnesota Central Kitchen at Chowgirls Catering.
