Send your taste buds on a trip to romantic France. During this hands-on class, you'll prepare a five-course French dinner so delicious it would make Marie Antoinette lose her head. Provence, the regional home to Marseille, Nice, and the Riviera, often bases its cuisine on garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, saffron, and herbs. Experience Vichyssoise, potato galettes, saffron rice, coquilles saint Jacques a la provencale and creme caramel.
