Our Tactile Tots class is an exciting, 45-minute journey into the world of sensory exploration, designed specifically for curious and energetic kids. These child-led themed sessions encourage your child to move at their own pace, discovering a variety of age-appropriate and taste-safe experiences. From art, tactile experiences, fine and gross motor activities, water play, and other unique play opportunities, every class is designed to inspire creativity and exploration. Social interaction and communication with others are central to our classes, helping to enhance your child’s language skills and social-emotional development. Let your kiddos get messy and let us handle the mess! This class is very sensory based, so please dress your little one for a mess and bring a change of clothes (just in case)!
My name is Jennifer Glickstein mom of 2 and have been practicing in Pediatric Occupational Therapy for 10 years. I specialize in Sensory Processing and know first hand through my own experience as a parent and through my work, how critical it is to start introducing sensory right away as part of development. The problem is many parents don’t know what to do with their babies or children, or don’t want to do it because it can be wet and messy. I use my expertise to teach, educate, and create different themed sensory activities that help kids work on social emotional skills, fine motor, gross motor, cognition, vision, and social skills.
