Join Chef Tom Skold and the crew as we roll up our sleeves and build our knowledge of foundational stocks and classic mother sauces, with fresh takes on Nouvelle mainstays. Features include Smoked Gouda Dijon Béchamel Sauce, Roasted Pepper Mousseline (a hollandaise), Oyster Mushroom-Chive Beurre Blanc, and Real Deal Bordelaise (a demi-glace). Please bring an apron and one or more containers to take sauces home
