Information regarding before and after school programs for middle school students.
Glass mosaic sounds like a fancy, difficult art form however in this class, you will learn how it can be fun and easy while you mosaic an 11" lantern or suncatcher. Look through the idea book, browse the patterns and stencils, and choose from dozens of colors of precut glass. The first evening will involve homework and the second evening will be grouting. There will be time to make multiple suncatchers too!
The 10” diameter suncatcher is $25, 8” is $23, and 6” is $18. The lantern is $35. - Whichever project is selected that amount will be paid to the instructor at the start of class.
Lindsey has been teaching and enjoying glass mosaics for over 5 years, in addition to working for an airline and chasing two boys (11 and 7)! She enjoys seeing all the different creations people can make using the same materials, no two are the same and they reflect the artists personality. Her favorite part of doing mosaics is relaxing, getting creative, and teaching others how much fun it is.
