Increase your body awareness and your mental and physical capacity in this gentle but rejuvenating practice. Plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes.

CHRISTINE MORGAN

Christine has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for approximately 20 years. She has certified in the Chen Synthetic style and now teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler and Bang Stick Forms, and Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 2,000 hours of teaching students). Christine is also a member of the Qigong Institute.

LIONEL LOCKE

Lionel is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute, a Level 1 Tai Chi Instructor with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, and certified Tai Chi Instructor with Tai Chi Healthways. He has been practicing Yang form, and teaching SUN forms for more than 6 years. Lionel is also a member of the US Tai Chi Community.
