Many women feel like they’re doing everything “right” with food—but their body isn’t responding the way they expect.
It’s easy to assume something is wrong, or to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, restriction, and starting over. Often, it’s not about effort—it’s about how your daily habits are working together (or not) to support your body.
This practical, evidence-informed session introduces a simple framework for metabolic health—the foundation behind fat loss, energy, strength, and key health markers. You’ll learn how protein intake, strength training, daily movement, sleep, and hydration all play a role, and how to start recognizing what your own patterns may be telling you.
Participants will leave with a simple tracker and a clearer lens for understanding their habits, so they can move forward with more clarity and less guesswork.
Designed for women of all ages and stages who want a realistic, sustainable approach that works with their body, not against it.
