Elementary Enrichment is for school age children in grades K- 5 in the evening and weekend hours. To provide opportunities where discovery, play, connections, and activities can happen year round.
High School Enrichment delivers high quality learning and enrichment opportunities where students can challenge themselves, gain confidence, and build skills that last a lifetime.

Learn to play pickleball! This course is designed to teach safety, rules and basic fundamentals to get you playing with confidence. If you have knowledge of the rules and have played 8 or more times, please consider registering for advanced beginner/intermediate session. Equipment provided. Court shoes are strongly encouraged to reduce the risk of falling/injury.
High-quality discounted paddles are available for purchase from the instructor. See instructor for details.
Dave has been playing pickleball for over five years and is a PPR and DUPR certified coach. Over the past three years Dave has taught hundreds of courses and thousands of students from beginners to high-intermediates. He coaches at multiple facilities and privately throughout the Twin Cites and has been with Hopkins Community Center for almost two years. Dave’s philosophy is to ensure his students enjoy a fun and engaging atmosphere, while building their skills, mechanics, techniques and strategies through hands-on development and entertaining games. A willing to learn and big smiles are a requirement for his courses.
