This fitness and strength building class is for ALL fitness and strength levels. Coach Dre is a skilled fitness professional who can work with individuals in a group fitness setting to ensure modifications are a part of this easy-going workout climate. Changing into workout clothing is not necessary and the workouts will only be as intense as the participant want it to be. Locker room and shower facilities are available if a more intense workout is desired.
Low Level - Start your weekly 20-minute sessions with pre/post stretches in a group setting. Improve posture and mobility while gauging and beginning to build strength.
