Begin your day out-of-doors with this gentle yoga class.How lovely to stretch and strengthen in the open air. Yoga poses, breath practice and relaxation will be included in this special class. All are welcome!

I received my yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox Massachusetts in 2002 Since then it has been a joy for me to bring the many gifts of yoga to varying groups within the community, first in upstate New York and now in Hopkins Minnesota. I believe my gentle teaching style honors the individual needs of my students.When I'm not teaching yoga you can often find me playing my ukulele or walking my dog Ollie.
