Join us for an energizing and dynamic Fit - Future H.I.I.T Circuit and Boxing Class, designed to challenge your entire body and elevate your fitness. This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of boxing and provide high energy series of exercises. This comprehensive class will meet weekly and offer a blend of cardio, strength, and boxing techniques.

-Athletic shoes and clothes required, all boxing equipment will be provided

- Boxing will consist of technique and cardio with gloves and pad work
