Level UP Hip Hop

Youth Programs / Art, Drama and Dance -
Youth Fall 2024

This fun filled dance class will teach dancers the basics of hip hop, choreography and breakdancing. Focus will be on developing rhythm and coordination all while encouraging individual style. There will be a mini 10 minute performance at the end of the last class to show what the dancers have learned. Shoes to bring: Clean Tennis Shoes Attire: Comfortable clothing

Amy Shadis

Amy has a BA in Musical Theatre and has trained in many dance styles throughout the Twin Cities including: jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. She has been teaching dance and choreographing for local studios, schools and organizations since 2007. Amy has found a passion for teaching her love of dance to others and as a Hopkins resident is excited to be teaching in the area!
