Swim Lessons for Adult Women (18+), provided in partnership with Minnesota Masters Swimming

All instructors, volunteers and lifeguards will be women, and there will be privacy on the pool deck so that women can participate. This program is designed for adults who are comfortable in the water and have already mastered all the skills of Adult Swim Beginner 1. Participants should be able to float on their back and front and recover to standing without assistance. Participants will be put into small groups and will work with an instructor to refine skills including streamline push off, rhythmic breathing, front crawl (“freestyle”) and backstroke.
