Smoked fish pate as an appetizer, beef braised in Guinness plus beer-braised port tenderloin for main dishes. From the humble potato comes the famous Colcannon (mashed potatoes with cabbage) and a delicious cabbage with bacon. Who doesn't adore homemade Irish soda bread? Wrap up your meal with splendid jam cake.
