Join our open weight class, where athletes can exercise at their own pace. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently or in a group setting while being monitored by Coach Dre, our strength and conditioning instructor. You can choose to train solo and use our Team Buildr App to complete workouts. This is also a time where our coaches can answer any questions regarding nutrition, workouts, scheduling, etc. This class is designed for you to be able to do what you like when you like, and we'll make sure you're doing it right!
