Youth Winter/Spring 2024

Join us for an exciting introduction to flag football designed specifically for middle school girls! In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of flag football, including passing, catching, and basic offensive and defensive strategies, all in a supportive and empowering environment. Through skill-building drills and friendly scrimmages, girls will develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence as they have fun playing the game!  There will be practices weekly, 3 game dates on Tuesdays in May, 2 free skills sessions, and an end of the year tournament hosted by MN Vikings on June 8th.
