Fun and interactive yoga experience to learn to build shapes with the body. Build strength, flexibility, and self-esteem with time for yoga related activity (games, artwork) to connect with peers.

Nicole is a registered yoga teacher through the yoga alliance with over 400 hours of education and 1000+ hours of teaching yoga of all different styles and ages. Passionate about bringing yoga to the community through kids/adult classes, workshops, day retreats, and kids camps.
