Come for this hands-on class and learn to make the delicious eggplant/potato curry, Roti, potato Patra and pilau rice. Bring your own containers in the event there are leftovers to take home.
I am a native of India. I love cooking by creating healthy dishes without foregoing flavor. I learn best by hands-on experience, hence base my classes in providing all my students the same experience.
In my free time I love to walk, travel, and spend time with friends/family and volunteer in our community.
