    Looking for a more in-depth ballet class? Dive deeper into specific ballet technique while improving posture, strength and flexibility in a positive and self-esteem building atmosphere. This class is for beginners, as well as students with previous dance experience. Ballet shoes required.
  • Ballet Advanced Beginning

    If you love to dance and you have missed being in ballet class, this class is for you! Ballet is excellent physical training, can improve cardio health, and counter the collapse that can happen with aging. Moving creatively to music while developing balance and grace is fun in a class that is supportive and welcoming. Some ballet background is helpful, and all ages are welcome. We follow the classic structure of a ballet class and modify for the various needs of individuals. Come and check us out! It is never too late to dance! No discounts.

    Learn how to make pots on the potters wheel! Basic techniques such as throwing, trimming, creating fabulous textures, hand building and glazing processes will be introduced. DRESS for a MESS: wear old clothes, bring in an old towel, wear tennis shoes and have a hair binder handy. Snack is optional.

    This is for those who have little or no experience at a sewing machine. We begin with learning the parts of the sewing machine and then practice sewing straight and curved lines. We will learn about choosing fabric and patterns. In Session 1 (2 hours) we will make a pillow case. Students will be required to provide fabric and a designated pattern for Session 2 (3 hours). In Session 2, we will learn about using patterns and will cut out the fabric and construct a pair of leisure pants. Students are then on their way to sewing fashions and accessories of their own creation.
