Monday Night Yoga
What a perfect way to start out your week! You will engage in a grounding, but energetic yoga class in a place of safety. This asana practice is great for beginners and continuing yoga students.We will experience the postures with mind, body and breath.Our attention will include focus on alignment and the importance of balance in flexibility and strength.You will experience fluidity and a de-stressing sense of unity as you are present in this nourishing environment. Please bring mat and yoga block or towel.
