What a perfect way to start out your week! You will engage in a grounding and energetically balancing yoga class in a place of stability and ease. This asana practice is great for beginners and continuing yoga students. We will experience the postures with mind, body and breath. Our attention will include focus on alignment and the relationship of flexibility and strength in the body. You will experience fluidity and a de-stressing sense of unity as you are present in this nourishing environment. Please bring mat and yoga block or towel.
