Morning Yoga

Begin your day with this rejuvenating morning yoga practice, taught in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. The course includes basic standing, sitting, and restorative poses that are modified to meet your individual needs. Among its many benefits, yoga helps manage arthritis, osteoporosis, and stress-related illness, while keeping the immune system strong. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own mat.

This class will meet in person. Class will move to online via Zoom if social distancing requires.
