Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Yoga can help manage arthritis and osteoporosis while strengthening your immune system. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility and strength, or who are healing from injuries. Participants will need access to Zoom and a straight back chair.

This class will meet online via Zoom. Online meeting information will be sent via email by the instructor before the first class.

Nancy Marcy

Nancy Marcy is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has over 20 years of yoga teaching experience; she is also a certified yoga therapist and has a Master’s degree in adaptive physical education.
