Adult Summer 2021
Celebrate long summer days with gentle and nourishing Hatha yoga. Play with poses that build strength and get your blood flowing while finding connection to your mind, body, and breath. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a yoga mat and small towel to cover your eyes.
This class will meet in person as social distancing requirements allow; class will be moved online if that is not possible.
Amanda is a lifelong yogi and certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). She strives to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in her classroom while encouraging students to listen to their bodies and tap into their own innate wisdom. In her free time you’ll find her attempting to keep her plants alive, obsessing over animals, drinking too much coffee, and exploring the natural world.
