Tai Chi for Balance, Flexibility, Strength, and Wellness

Learn the practice of slow, higher stance, shorter and gentler postures (12 basic, 12 advanced) under the guidance of a certified instructor to improve strength, flexibility and balance, as well as experience many other wellness benefits such as:

It can be practiced by people of any age, ability, and level of health and is adaptable for most disabilities.
