|Easy, fun and delicious. Learn to make Chinese wontons and potstickers (or dumplings) at home. Learn wrap techniques and make tasty fillings, with the right texture and flavor. Boil, pan-fry or steam the finished products. Taste and take home samples to freeze. |
Please bring a food container, and $15 supply fee payable to instructor at class.
With a Master in Food Science from University of Wisconsin and many years of experience in product research & development in the food industry, Jane has an enthusiasm in cooking as a hobby. She would like to share her interest with others. Jane owned and operated a tutoring center and taught over 500 K-12 students in the Twin Cities area. She is currently teaching with several school districts community education programs and enjoys the work a lot!
