Youth Winter/Spring 2023
Learn the laws of rugby, practice rugby skills and play flag rugby games! This will be a Rookie Flag Rugby camp where participants will develop skills in agility and speed, which are applicable to any sport. The camp will give kids a chance to learn this fast-paced sport where play is free flowing and continuous. Flag Rugby is a safe, non-contact, easy to play game for boys and girls! The rules are simple, the game is easy to learn, and no experience is required.
Please bring clean, non-marking shoes, a water bottle and a positive attitude!
